A circuit training class utilizing various pieces of workout equipment - weighted exercise hoop, jump rope, push-up bars, medicine ball, resistance bands, steps, and weights. It will work your cardiovascular system and every muscle in your body!
What you need to bring for The Circuit:
Tennis shoes, small hand towel, yoga mat or big towel, water.
all classes run from 10:30am to approximately 12pm
