Vinyasa Yoga is a combination of several yoga forms. Power yoga is a fitness based approach to yoga utilizing vinyasa movement. Vinyasa translated means breath synchronized movements, you will be instructed to flow from one pose to the next on either an inhale or an exhale. Of course we will leave plenty of time to work on abs toward the end of class.
What you need to bring for Power Vinyasa Yoga:
Yoga mat, comfortable clothing, small hand towel, water.
all classes run from 10:30am to approximately 12pm
