Flow Yoga is a slower paced vinyasa class that introduces the basic asanas/postures of yoga with focus on technique, alignment, breathing and mindfulness. Pilates is designed to strengthen the muscles of the abdomen, back, butt, legs and arms while increasing flexibility. This class will take you through approximately 45 minutes of Flow Yoga and 30 minutes of Pilates.

Yoga mat, comfortable clothing, small hand towel, water.
